Itinerary

November 5 - The ride begins at the convention center in Sepherdsville. Riders roll out of Louisville enjoying the fall colors. The route becomes increasingly rural over the 40 mile ride before arriving at the Jeptha Creed Farm. Now the education begins with the Jeptha Creed Distillery tour (included). After the tour it is time to saddle up and ride through horse country. 30 miles later riders land on the doorsteps of Buffalo Trace. All riders will enjoy a tour and tasting (included) of the famed Buffalo Trace. After the tour and tasting riders will be bussed to Downtown Frankfort for dinner.

November 6 - The day begins with an 8:30am rollout for a 10 mile group spin bound for Woodford Reserve Distillery. Here riders will again be treated to a guided tour (included) exploring all 5 sources of flavor from grain to glass. Leaving Woodford Reserve riders will have the option of the direct 20 mile ride or a 45 mile countryside ride enroute to Four Roses Distillery. Learn how the Spanish influenced Four Roses which led to a truly unique bourbon taste (tour & tasting included). Then it is a short (30 min) transfer to a steakhouse (dinner included).

November 7 - Surrounded in the endless beauty of Kentucky Bluegrass riders roll (15 miles) to Makers Mark Distillery. At Makers Mark enjoy a tour of the Star Hill farm (included) learning how each is cultivated to influence the flavors of bourbon. Saddle up and roll headed to Bardstown (15 miles) for a production tour (included) at the Willett distillery. Finish the day off exploring 3rd Street in Bardstown.

November 8 - The final day starts with the realization of a time change. Those who don’t need the extra hour of sleep can get a Sunday morning 25 mile ride. At 8:30 am the day formally starts with a 20 mile ride to the Jim Beam distillery. Here riders will get a tour of the Fred B Noe Distillery (included). Experience the cutting edge artistry preserving yesterdays passions and tomorrows taste. The Bourbon & Bicycles tour wraps up with Lunch at the The Kitchen Table Restaurant at the Jim Beam Distillery.

    All rides will have a sweeping sag wagon to ensure all riders arrive in time for the tours.

    • Wake up to a relaxing breakfast at or near the hotel.

    • During breakfast our staff will ensure that your device has the days course uploaded.

    • After breakfast repack your luggage and pack a day bag. Our staff will load your luggage in a van bound for the next hotel. Day bags will be loaded in a van bound for the distillery.

    • Upon arrival at the distilleries, riders can change into some pants and closed toed shoes.

    • After mid day tour, there will be sandwich trays available prior to midday ride.

    • 2nd distillery tour, change into pants and closed toed shoes.

    • Upon arrival to the hotel riders will be met with our staff who will hand out room keys and share dinner options.

    b) Jump in the van and make the day achievable. We will leap frog you ahead and set you up to have the most scenic and enjoyable experience possible.

  • We recommend a road bike. E-bikes are also welcome.

    Helmets are required.

  • Ride Like a Pro
    - Never ride alone. Have your personal domestique to break the wind, capture pics, and sherpa bottle your ride.

    Single Occupancy
    - Relax in your own hotel room.

    Post Ride Food & Snack Service
    - This is our version of bottle service. When you finish your ride have your favorite canned/bottled beverage and snack at your fingertips.

    Bike Build & Rebox
    - Shipping or fly with your bike, let our team take care of unpacking and repacking while your kick back and socialize.

    Bike Rental
    - Upgrade your weekend riding one of our lightweight carbon disc brake bikes. Also available is an e-bike option.
